Purple Cabbage Kraut: 16 oz

Our purple kraut adds a gorgeous pop of color and refreshing zesty flavor to any meal or charcuterie board. Goes wonderfully on avocado toast, in tacos, burgers, sandwiches, etc. Shelf life: An unopened jar of kraut is shelf-stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening. When opening your jar for the first time, open slowly over the sink in case any of the brine leaks out as the pressure is released. Ingredients: organic purple cabbage, organic juniper berries, organic caraway seed, spring water, unrefined sea salt.
