The Upper Room is a place to gather, to work, to celebrate, and to be still. Over the years it has held a little bit of everything:
- Bible studies are held.
- Nights of worship happen.
- Support groups gather.
- It’s a workplace.
- Authors have written their biographies.
- Kids have held piano recitals.
- Couples have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversaries.
- Young budding romances have gotten engaged.
- Homeschool groups have graduated.
- Artists have debuted their first records.
- And on and on and on.
The Upper Room is home to The DoorKeepers, a budding organization of local entrepreneurs, songwriters, a fledgling soon-to-be mass choir, and volunteers—also made possible by The Emerging Sound 501(c)(3).

The rate is $125 per hour, and we close the upstairs off completely for private events—the whole space is yours.
